Antonio Manning

Chair

As Chair of the Board for the Eaton Fire Collaborative Leadership Council, Antonio Manning brings extensive expertise in corporate philanthropy, community development, and affordable housing. In addition to his leadership with the EFC, he serves as President and CEO of Affordable Living for the Aging (ALA), where he previously chaired the Board of Directors.


Most recently, Antonio served as Senior Executive Relationship Manager, Global Philanthropy Group for JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he managed philanthropy and community relations across California, Oklahoma, and Texas. In this role, he oversaw a staff of seven and a budget of more than $20 million. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Antonio was First Vice President and Regional Grants Manager in Washington Mutual’s Community and External Affairs Division, directing corporate contributions and community relations in affordable housing, community development, and educational reform throughout California. His earlier experience includes serving as Western Regional Director of the Fannie Mae Foundation and as Program Associate with the James Irvine Foundation.


Antonio is deeply engaged in civic and nonprofit leadership. He is a founding member of African Americans in Philanthropy – Southern California and has served as a commissioner for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority under Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, as well as Chair of the Blue-Ribbon Commission to End Homelessness under Mayor James Hahn. His board affiliations have included the Amity Foundation, Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD), Heritage Homeownership Partners, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (National), Los Angeles Business Council/Institute, New Economics for Women, and the Weingart Center Association. He currently chairs the Local Initiatives Support Corporation local advisory board and serves on the Enterprise Community Partners Southern California Leadership Council.
