Introducing
The Eaton Fire Collaborative
A United Effort for Recovery & Rebuilding
In response to the recent devastation impacting Altadena, Pasadena, and Sierra Madre, the Eaton Fire Collaborative has come together to support the rebuilding and recovery of our community. This unified effort brings together community groups, local nonprofits, city, county, and state officials dedicated to helping those affected. This group has been meeting weekly since January 14th behind the scenes to create this unified group.
Our Mission –
Our mission is to provide a coordinated response and clear communication to ensure that resources, assistance, and information reach the people and organizations that need them most
How We Are Helping:
Trusted Resource Hub
A newly launched collaborative website serving as a vetted, go-to source for vital recovery information.
Efficient Coordination
Working to prevent duplication of efforts, reduce strain on government resources, and address logistical concerns such as traffic and waste management.
Master Calendar + Donation Distribution & Events
A centralized system to streamline events, donation efforts, and essential forms
Eaton Fire Volunteer Hub
A platform where organizations can organize volunteer support, and individuals can sign up for opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
Establish a Long-Term Recovery Plan
As part of our commitment to long-term recovery, the Eaton Fire Collaborative is establishing a Long Term Recovery Group (LTRG) modeled after successful recovery efforts in other communities affected by wildfires. This structure will ensure coordinated case management, address unmet needs, and provide a sustainable path to rebuilding for all affected residents.
Our Shared Goals –
We are committed to ensuring that those most impacted by the Eaton Fire are at the forefront of this conversation, leading our collaborative efforts to align our response with the community’s real needs.
