NC Inguanzo

Nancy Carol “NC” Inguanzo is a passionate community builder dedicated to strengthening connections across the Greater Pasadena area. As the Community Engagement Manager for the Pasadena Educational Foundation (PEF), she leads partnerships and volunteer initiatives that unite businesses, civic organizations, and individuals in support of Pasadena Unified School District students and educators.

In addition to her work at PEF, NC serves as Executive Director of Leadership Pasadena, where she develops programs and initiatives that empower local leaders to deepen their impact through cross-sector collaboration and community service.

A resident of Altadena for more than 25 years, NC brings an extensive background in commercial television production, online marketing, business development, and volunteer management to her community leadership roles. A proud graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Mass Media Communications, she is driven by a lifelong commitment to inclusive storytelling, volunteerism, and civic engagement. These values continue to inspire her work building resilient, connected communities.
