Tenant Rentals
Tenants will cover cleaning fees and staff time for use of meeting space. No rental fee will be charged to tenants if the space is available 30 days out from your request. All bookings need to go through the reservation request and will be calendared by the Facilities Manager.

• Projector and projector screen
• PA sound system with wireless microphone
• Wi-Fi access
• Trash bins & bags
Special Event Requirements
Food Policy - Simple grab-and-go food is welcome in the Collaboratory, such as donuts, pastries, sandwiches, or pizza. Hot food catering is not allowed. Renters are responsible for removing all leftover food and trash to the outside dumpster at the end of their meeting or event.
Noise Policy - The Collaboratory is a shared working environment. Please be respectful of others by keeping noise to a minimum. Take phone calls and extended conversations to designated areas whenever possible. During business hours, keep music, videos, and microphone levels low for meetings and events to avoid disrupting those working nearby. Headphones are recommended when listening to audio.
Special Event Insurance Requirements
For full-day special events, event insurance is required.
- Proof of coverage from WedSafe or Eventhelper.com any accredited insurance agency
- Must include $1M general liability + alcohol coverage
- Reported cost: $100–$200 for a 1-day plan
- The Collaboratory does not receive any money for this — proof of coverage only
